P&G Vice Chair to Retire

Geissler to step down after 35 years of service.

Procter & Gamble Company Vice Chairman and Special Advisor to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Werner Geissler will retire from the company on Dec. 31, 2014, after more than 35 years service. No replacement has been named at press time.   Born in Germany, Geissler spent two years with the German Air Force before graduating with an MBA from the University of Cologne.
